RAWR
As RAWR is ever developing High Command has felt that in a lot of cases you are all left out of the loop as far as the progress of the alliance in whatever field that may of interest to you. As such we will be creating a new ...(Insert thread/forum whatever we decide)... to relay all of this information to you so that you are no longer kept in the dark.
Dominion, all of you should be aware that on the 1st December CCP is releasing a new patch that will be changing many aspects of the game whether that be for good or bad is inconsequential at this point, but never fear! The alliance has been toiling day and night to ensure that if anyone is going to have a running start it shall be us. Because of this I implore you, that in the days to come you create time to help your corporation with their own preparations for Dominion if they require it.
Due to the above, RAWR will be based in Tribute until Dominion hits so that we can defend our home if the need arises. As such if you are still spinning your ships down south you may want to do so instead north. You may feel this is boring but we are having constant incursions from both White Noise and Triumvirate so in between your war against the Guristas you can take pot shots at Tri so not all is lost.
New RAWR post Dominion BS fits. Many of you will already be asking yourselves if the dynamic of our fleets will change with the patch and you are absolutely correct. Currently our FC’s are brainstorming fits for our BS for use in deployments after Dominion, so it is suggested to put some ISK aside to make the necessary changes to your current BS fits.
Additionally with the changes to sovereignty we will no longer be able to maintain our massive Jumpbridge network as such be aware that routes will be changing and the scale of our network will be reduced.
Finally, keep your eyes peeled for an Alliance Wide Freighter Op announcement. We will have a lot of stuff to move come Dominion so we will need your help!
Staying put in Tribute now until Dominion hits
New BS Fits for Dominion being prepared
Dominion coming, alliance is prepared
Jumpbridges will be reworked
Allaince wide op to bring in crap for dominion

Oberon Outpost Deployed!
In terms of communications, most of the major belligerents attempted to solve the problems of complexity and security presented by using large codebooks for cryptography with the creation of various ciphering machines, the most well known being the German Enigma machine.[311] SIGINT (signals intelligence) was the countering process of decryption, with the notable examples being the British ULTRA and the Allied breaking of Japanese naval codes. Another important aspect of military intelligence was the use of deception operations, which the Allies successfully used on several occasions to great effect, such as operations Mincemeat and Bodyguard, which diverted German attention and forces away from the Allied invasions of Sicily and Normandy respectively. Other important technological and engineering feats achieved during, or as a result of, the war include the worlds first programmable computers (Z3, Colossus, and ENIAC), guided missiles and modern rockets, the Manhattan Project's development of nuclear weapons, the development of artificial harbours and oil pipelines under the English Channel. Many means of destroying tanks, including indirect artillery, anti-tank guns (both towed and self-propelled), mines, short-ranged infantry antitank weapons, and other tanks were utilized.[308] Even with large-scale mechanization of the various armies, the infantry remained the backbone of all forces,[309] and throughout the war, most infantry equipment was similar to that utilized in World War I.[310] However the United States became the first country to arm its soldiers with a semi-automatic rifle, in this case the M-1 Garand. Some of the primary advances though, were the widespread incorporation of portable machine guns, a notable example being the German MG42, and various submachine guns which were well suited to close-quarters combat in urban and jungle settings.[310] The assault rifle, a late war development which incorporated many of the best features of the rifle and submachine gun, became the standard postwar infantry weapon for nearly all armed forces.
